Main Functions:

1. To design and develop new curriculum, textbooks, and language courses driven by market demand.

2. To prepare learners language to be able to pursue studies in MEDIU.

3. To prepare and execute modern language teaching for general public and specific academic purposes.

4. To produce and execute Placement Test of widely used languages.

5. To prepare researches and field studies in teaching modern languages.

6. To manage and supervise the teaching implementation of the courses.

Message from the Director

Praise be to Allah swt who revealed the following Verse in His Holy Qur’an:

وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ إِنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِّلْعَالِمِينَ

And of His Signs (too) is the creation of the heavens and the earth and (also) the diversity of your tongues and colours. Verily in that are Signs for the men of knowledge (and research). AL-Roman: 22.
And Prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah who was the most eloquent speaker of the Arabic language.

The Centre of languages was established on the cherished universal values of Islam that guide the mission of Alamdinah International University. The main aim of this blessed centre is to make the most of its specialization in conveying the authentic message of Islam in various tongues to all interested peoples around the globe. It is hoped that this effort would help in strengthening the bond of understanding between people of different races and religions and help to dissipate the negative attitudes of misunderstanding and prejudice. This would eventually consolidate the foundations of peaceful coexistence, and render unbiased knowledge to be the common right of all human citizens. The Centre of Languages will strive to achieve these desired objectives through the most modern methods of pedagogy and curriculum designs using the latest findings of electronic learning techniques.
