APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION
How to become a MEDIU Student?
To ensure fast service and efficient application-tracking methods, we are pleased to inform our applicants that the registration process is fully online.
A non-refundable application fee is required for processing all applications as per below details:
- Processing fee for Online application : RM25.00 / USD8.00
- Processing fee for On Campus application
1. Local Student :RM25.00 / USD8.00
2. International Student :RM100.00 / USD31.00
- Processing fee for Online application : RM100.00 / USD31.00
- Processing fee for On Campus application : RM100.00 / USD31.00

MEDIU’s application is open throughout the year. However, you are advised to submit your application at least six (6) weeks before the commencement of a new intake semester which is either in September, November, February or June.
Applying Via Online
MEDIU only accepts online applications. Immediately after you apply, you will receive an acknowledgement notification accompanied with your user name and password. Upon receiving your application, we will send you also basic information (a checklist) to help you complete the registration successfully in a timely matter. Your application will be reviewed within two (2) weeks and an illustrative list will be emailed to you explaining all the requirements to complete your application. During the application process, you can check the status of your application online using your user name and password. We encourage you to start this process six (6) weeks before registration date. To simplify and expedite the application process to our applicants, we are offering the payment methods during the early stages of the application.
MEDIU student ID
Upon successful admission into MEDIU, you will receive your student ID in order for you to proceed to the next stage of subject registration.
Registering Into Your Selected Course
MEDIU students will choose and register their subjects according to the selected course of study and its program outline. After a successful registration and a completion of tuition fees payment, students will receive a confirmation of enrolment within one (1) week. If applicants don’t receive this confirmation of enrolment within one (1) week, we encourage them to contact us (please including your student ID for faster tracking).

After subject registration, students need to pay the course tuition fees according to Payment Method Documents.
MEDIU accepts payments online, direct deposits, or by cashier’s order to allow our students easy ways to pay for their fees and tuitions. Detailed information will be sent to all applicants.
