E - LEARNING CENTRE POSITIONS - Learning Centre Manager (Based On Yogyakarta Indonesia) new!
Responsible for all aspects of Learning Center (LC) operations which is among others; manage the day-to-day operations of the LC, including responsibility over hiring & supervising of staff, the curriculum delivery, and the marketing activities to the university and student support activities.
Detail Duties:
| a) | Ensure courses delivery is according to university requirement and objective | b)
| Select, train, and manage Learning Center (LC) employees (Academic Advisor/Counselor, Network Engineer, Finance Officer, IT Support Officer, Student Services Officer and Lecturers/Tutors). | | c) | Provide quality measures to ensure feedback and maintenance of standards | d)
| Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the LCs consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the university | | e) | Ensure compliance with all laws, board policies and civil regulations; both local and international | | f) | Establish and supervise an effective inventory system for all LC supplies, materials and equipment. | | g) | Establish procedures that create and maintain attractive, organized, functional, healthy, clean, and safe facilities. | | h) | Communicate with the Head Office regularly about the needs, successes and general operation of the LC | | i) | Demonstrate and uphold a high level of staff morale and spirit; ensure the professional appearance of the LC. | | j) | Manage the marketing & sales process of new and potential enrollments | | k) | Engage in marketing activities to increase awareness of the LC in the area. | | l) | Monitor and track Center performance, revenues, expenses, and fee collection. | m)
| Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teachers, educational specialists and other school administrators and parent/teacher organizations. | | | | Requirements:-
| | a) | A dedicated Male Muslim with high integrity and professionalism
| | b) | Possess relevant Bachelor’s Degree (MBA is preferred) with at least five (5) years of related experience with a strong focus on efficiency.
| c)
| Excellent verbal & written communication (Arabic OR English), persuasive skills, and the ability to build relationships
| | d) | Able to analyze/interpret business reports and statistics, and write reports and business correspondence.
| | e) | Effective problem-solving skills.
| | f) | Willing to put extra hours to ensure the success of this organization.
| | g) | Enjoy fast paced, high volume work situations.
| | h) | Ability to interpret policy, procedures, and data
| | i) | Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skill | | | |

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant disciplines
2 years working experiences For positions in Learning Center, the candidate must possess experience in management & maintenance of property and equipment. Familiar with MS Office Good command of either Arabic OR English
