   • At least 5 years experience in management / administration .
     
   • Has successfully supervised at least 5 post graduate students .
     
   • Excellent written and spoken of Arabic language and good in English as well.

3. Faculty Dean / Department Heads (Business/Information Technology/Post Graduate Studies) new!
   
   
   
   • Ph.D. in related field
   • Minimum of 6 years working experience in tertiary education.
   • Proven strong research and teaching ability at tertiary education.
     
   • Sound leadership and management skills.
   • Strong communication skills both in Arabic and / or English.
