Al-Madinah International University

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) starts steps to reach status of MSC in Malaysia.

In line with the university’s strategy and supporting the superior position of the university as one of the technology developers, the university started practical procedures to reach the status (MSC) in Malaysia. This status is awarded by the Malaysian government to the major companies and academic institutes that are working on the development of new technologies in order to settle the technology in Malaysia and the Islamic world generally.

In this regard, a delegation from Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) visited the institution (MDeC) that is supervising the programme (MSC) Malaysia in its headquarter in Cyberjaya. Selangor.

MEDIU’s delegation were headed by the Chief of Technology, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abid Abdelouahab ,Head of the (MSC) Committee, Mr. Khalid Mahamat Idriss Ahmat and the committee members including Mr. Shareef El-Arbi, Head of Business Management System (BMS), and Mr. Majidin Abdullah, MEDIU Financial Consultant.

The delegation was welcomed by the programme supervisors to have discussions about the potential cooperation between Al-Madinah International University and (MDeC) institution to achieve the joint objectives and support the Malaysian country in the fields of Technology, academy, industry and commerce.

At the beginning the two parties succeeded to set a general imagination to the procedures and steps for Al-Madinah International University to reach the status of (MSC) Malaysia and later MEDIU submitted the preliminary application to reach the MSC status.
