1. Manager for Business Management Systems Department (quality & ISO certification) (Based in Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review the regulations, policies, procedures and forms of the department and submit recommendations regarding improving them.
- Responsible to set the department’s annual quantitative objectives (quality objectives) and prepare the plans to achieve those objectives
- Responsible for develop and maintain the administrative system of records that can potentially be used for development and maintenance.
- Responsible for ensure systematic compliance with university document control systems and to ensure all divisions within the university comply with this system.
- Responsible for organize, train, foster, administrative activities related to document control and archive administration.
- Perform other tasks related to this position as assigned by the Head of Division or Top Management Committee.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the field of Business Management System
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, additional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge in ICT applications in related fields preferred.
2. Manager, Project Management Department (Based in Malaysia)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to manage, monitor, and control all project variables throughout all project phases from initiation, planning, execution, and closing.
- To be solely responsible for delivering the project deliverables within scope, on time, according to the quality criteria agreed upon, and with the budget assigned to the project.
- Perform other tasks related to this position as assigned by the Head of Division or Top Management Committee.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of Project Management or Project Management Professionals (PMP) certification with 2-3 years experience in Project Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English, additional languages is an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge in ICT applications in related fields preferred.
- Ability to handle and manage stressful situations, to think out of the box, and to plan
- Must be well knowledgeable with practical experience in project cycle, product cycle and the relations between the two
- Must have excellent people management skills, problem solving skills, interpersonal and organizational skills
