Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Regular Monitoring of MEDIU’s Website.
  2. To identify the main structure of MEDIU’s Website, to name the main and sub portals and to propose advice that related to these matters to TMC.
  3. To initiate study on Development Plan for the Website which are proposed by all departments and units and take necessary decisions and action related to this matter.
  4. To prepare the development plan of MEDIU’s Website, and to monitor its execution after getting the approval and endorsement from TMC.
  5. To implement what has been decided and monitoring its development with the respected departments and units.
  6. To nominate Person in Charge (PIS) or a representative from each department to monitor the flow of information, recent events and news.
  7. To supervise the contents, edit and proofread of all materials to be published in the website, as well as updating them regularly.
  8. To design procedures, provide tools, and study the proposal submitted by other departments or by clients with regard to the website.
  9. To be responsible on finding new methods to increase the traffic of visitors and surfers towards MEDIU’s Website and improving its ranking or standing among websites in the same field.
  10. To supervise electronic media on MEDIU’s News and Events in the Website.
  11. To provide regular reports on the development of MEDIU’s website to the TMC.
