We Shall: - Create a site for the library within the University Campus that is equipped with the necessary network capacity to serve the Library’s members. - Provide the library with the necessary equipment and programmes that ensure members will be able to access the libraries resources easily and conveniently. - Develop regulations that ensure secure access to the library and complete benefit from its resources. - Provide an effective system to manage the library and its services. |

To benchmark library services against international standards and other establishments. |
We Shall: - Identify key benchmark statistics and setup a database for key benchmark data as well as processes for consistent data capture. - Participate in related external benchmarking exercises. - Carryout external audits on the main library services provided by the University. |
