The Chief Executive Officer of Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadlan Mohd Othman advises MEDIU staff, students as well as the Muslim community in general to carry out the recommendation stated by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs), YB Dato’ Seri Dr. Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri.

1. To shorten the Friday sermons by Khatib.
2. To perform the ritual ablution (wudu’) at home/office.
3. Friday Prayer not to be done at the mosques that are infected.
4. To perform the Friday Prayer at the mosque and not at home/work place.

MEDIU’s CEO prayed for Allah SWT protection to prevent all the outbreaks from all the Muslim, particularly in Malaysia and globally.
