Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) received an official visit by Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Rubaian, Religious Attaché of Embassy of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 26 August 2020. The honorable guest was accompanied by embassy representative, Ustaz Ahmad Fazrin bin Yahaya and was welcomed by MEDIU’s CEO, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadlan Mohd Othman in his office and expressed his delight for the visit, which comes within the framework of cooperation between the university and the embassy.

MEDIU’s top management were present as well during the visit namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tayeb Mebrouki; Acting Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs Division, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doucoure Abdou Samadou; Acting Deputy CEO of Students Affairs Division,  Mr. Fuad Ahmad Umar Al-As; Director of MEDIU Management Services Division, Tuan Syed Hashim Bin Ahmad Al-Qudsi; Legal Advisor and Mrs. Nurul Ashikin Abdul Latiff, Registrar.

A visual presentation on the university’s overview were being presented to the honored guest and expressed his admiration on the level the university’s towards the development of the knowledgeable society more broadly. At the end of the visit, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al-Rubaian stated in the guestbook “Alhamdulillah for the opportunity to visit Al-Madinah International University and to meet with the university’s management closely.”
