On Thursday, June 27, 2024, a delegation from Pengurus Institut Pemberdayaan Ummah (JAIS) visited the headquarters of Al-Madinah International University in Kuala Lumpur, where it was received by the Deputy CEO, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Din, and members of the Faculty of Languages. The delegation was headed by Mr. Muhammad Zahri bin Abdul Karim, Director of the Centre. The visit came to learn about the university’s experiences in teaching the Arabic language in Malaysia, with the aim of planning more cooperation in the future between the university and the center. At the beginning, Omar bin Mohammed Din welcomed the delegation, emphasizing the long experience of Al-Madinah International University in spreading and teaching the Arabic language by employing the means of technology and benefiting from Arabic-speaking cadres.

For his part, Professor Muhammad Zuhri bin Abdul Karim expressed his admiration for the successes achieved by the university in the field of the Arabic language, stressing that this visit will be a building block for further future cooperation between the university and the center. At the conclusion of the meeting, the members of the center met with the CEO of Al-Madinah International University, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Abdullah Alarefi, and pictures were taken and souvenirs were exchanged.
