Dr. Abdullah Saad A. Alarefi confirms his intention to increase in the number of Malaysian students at Al-Madinah International University

BebasNews newspaper conducted a press interview with the CEO of Al-Madinah International University, Dr. Abdullah Saad A. Alarefi, about boosting the number of local students at the university.

Dr. Abdullah Alarefi talked about the opportunities offered by the university to international students by studying in various degrees with high discounts on tuition fees, with the aim of strengthening the role of the university in supporting the Malaysian society and providing it with more educated and qualified cadres according to the higher education curricula that the university programme studies in various levels, stressing his intention to move forward towards strengthening the university’s relationship with overall Malaysian societies by ensuring that the number of local students increases in the September 2022 semester.

Dr. Abdullah Alarefi also indicated that the university will contribute to educational cooperation of the countries, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, and Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) is part of the Malaysian higher educational system and is not a foreign component.

 

Dr. Abdullah Alarefi also stressed the important role of learning the Arabic language played by Al-Madinah International University, where he invited Malaysians who intend to perform Hajj and Umrah to register in the programs of Al-Madinah International University so that they would be able to interact with the people during their visit to the holy places in Makkah and Madinah, where he affirmed his intention to address the authorities and institutions concerned with Hajj and Umrah affairs in Malaysia in order to encourage people who intend to perform Hajj and Umrah to attend Arabic language programs.

In conclusion, Dr. Abdullah Alarefi spoke about the university’s various programs in Sharia, administration, finance, education, language and computer, and about university graduates and the scholarships expected to be offered to all students in various disciplines and degrees, stressing that Al-Madinah International University is a private Malaysian university and not a foreign university foreign to Malaysia, citing with a university career extended in Malaysia for more than 10 years.
