Al-Madinah International University Hosts “Madar Forum” to Explore Career Pathways for Graduates

 

Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) hosted the “Madar Forum”, organised by the Yemeni Students Union Malaysia, as part of the ongoing collaboration between the University and the Union to support students and graduates in preparing for the job market and exploring future career opportunities.

The forum aimed to introduce students and graduates to a wide range of career pathways while equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective career planning. The programme highlighted current labour market demands, featured inspiring professional experiences, and promoted the importance of personal and professional development.

The forum was attended by students, graduates, academics, and professionals, and featured a series of panel discussions and presentations delivered by experts and industry practitioners. The sessions covered topics including career planning, skills development, job interview preparation, CV writing, and the challenges and opportunities facing graduates in both local and international job markets.

Al-Madinah International University affirmed that hosting the forum reflects its commitment to supporting the professional development of its students and graduates, as well as strengthening collaboration with student associations and community organisations. These efforts contribute to preparing graduates with the academic knowledge and practical skills needed to compete successfully in various professional sectors.
