On Monday, August 22, Al-Madinah International University organized in its campus in Kuala Lumpur a training workshop entitled “Family Jurisprudence and its Contemporary Applications (Personal Status of Muslims as a Model)”. Introducing the foundations of Islamic jurisprudence in the family and personal status. The course axes also dealt with a detailed study of marriage and divorce laws and family rights in Islam, an analysis of contemporary issues and challenges facing the Muslim family in the modern era, and some issues of concern to Sharia judges in various Islamic societies and countries. At the end of the course, certificates were awarded to the participants. This course comes within the framework of programs and courses offered by the university to those wishing to train and develop its employees.
