Al-Madinah International University (MEDIU) has step forward in extending bridges of cooperation and moving ahead towards achieving its objective and vision, as well to be in connection with international educational institution. Recently, MEDIU signed a Memorandum of Understanding with US Inter Global University, Somalia on Friday, 9 July 2021.

The session was held online witnessed by MEDIU’s CEO, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadlan bin Mohd Othman and Deputy CEO of Academic Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tayeb Mebrouki. Meanwhile US Inter Global University represented by the President, Dr. Mohd Husain Abdullah and Vice President, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sayed Balah. The agreement covers cooperation on student exchange affairs, scholarly research and publication of academic journals between the two universities.

The university was established with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Higher Education of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
