Together, they explored deep emotions\u2014anger, sadness, fear, happiness, and the feeling of being safe\u2014through painting. Using colours and shapes, participants poured their feelings onto paper, giving form to what was often hard to put into words. It was a moment of release, of understanding, and of connecting with themselves and others on a deeper level.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">With a small and intimate group, the session felt personal and meaningful, allowing everyone to share, reflect, and support one another in authentic ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\">A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful facilitators and every participant who made this session special.
