MEDIU recently held a Recognition Day for MEDIU Academic Staff as an expression of gratitude for the dedication of all faculty lecturers for the year 2020 on Thursday, 31 December 2020. The award covers all academic faculties namely Faculty of Islamic Sciences (FIS), Faculty of Finance and Administrative Sciences Administration (FFAS), Faculty of Computer and Information Technology (FCIT), Faculty of Education (FEDU), Faculty of Languages ​​(FLAN), Faculty of Engineering (FENG) and Centre of Preparatory Studies and Languages (CPSL).

The award session was presented by the MEDIU’s CEO, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fadlan bin Mohd Othman and witnessed by the Acting Deputy CEO (Academic Affairs), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tayeb Mebrouki, Acting Deputy CEO (Student Affairs), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Doucoure Abdou Samadou and Mr. Ahmad Sabri bin Jinlapudin; Chief Financial Officer. The faculty representatives present for the session were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fouad Bounama (FIS), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Najeeb Abbas Al-Sammarraie (FCIT), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayman Aied Mohammed Mamdouh (FEDU),  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mazen Mohammed Farea (FFAS) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Flayyih Mudhhi Ahmed (FLAN).

The program runs smoothly in accordance with the existing SOP with the current pandemic situation which has been advised by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education.
